End User License Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Donna application ("Service"), you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Donna application solely for your internal business purposes in accordance with the documentation provided.

3. Restrictions

• Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code

4. Data and Privacy

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by discontinuing use of the Service and deleting all copies. We may terminate this Agreement immediately if you breach any terms.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update this Agreement from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new Agreement on our website. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law
